Room rentals for banquets and meetings include the following:
  • Room setup: Head table with staging, tables and chairs per number of guests, podium and microphone for emcee and speeches. Gift table, cake table, registry table, DJ table and buffet tables if required.
  • Linens available in a variety of colors and napkin folds.
  • State of the art audio/visual equipment, with cordless microphone and speakers throughout the room.
  • A DVD and power point set-up so that you can provide slide presentations of all kinds.

  • All decorating as required, including table numbers, centerpieces, head table, seating plans, and party favors as supplied.
  • Silk flower centerpieces are available for tables.
  • Banquet coordinator to help plan your meeting, party or celebration.
  • Covered entrance and free parking available for the convenience of your guests.
  • Coat checks are provided.
  • We are wheelchair accessible and we are a non-smoking facility.
