We spoke earlier about the Marshal "Memory Creating Toolkit". Here are some other ways to use this.
- Postcards of the 16th hole to be given to the player that scored the lowest out of the group on the 16th hole
- Shot of the Day Cards – A free beverage for someone that hit one of the best shots the marshal saw that day. Shot of the Day Chip will also be given to this player. (There can be more then 1 shot of the day!)
- Disposable Camera's – To be given out to groups playing GlenEagles for the first time or for those who are tourists.
- Polaroid Camera's in Cart - Used to capture any moment the guest might think is memorable.
- Magazines – Give out various golf magazines to groups waiting on a hole
- Sunscreen, bug repellent, Advil, Band-Aids
- Chips – Where Golf Soars – Can be used for various things that would recognize anything important to our guests. Keeping pace, repairing additional ball marks, picking up others garbage.
Starters – Starters will have a “KP to the Bumblebee”, this will be the Where Golf Soars Chip to the person who hits their ball closest to the 125 pole. They will also tell our golfers about our Eagle and Birdie clubs where we will put their name on the post for the hole sign of the hole that they got an eagle or birdie on.
REMEMBER: Interacting with our guests should be as casual as a conversation with an old friend. Your goal is not to give out the most stuff in a day. You are their to keep an eye out for anything exciting then help recognize it!!!
