Tee Time Booking Procedure
1. All bookings must provide a telephone # and credit card # regardless of whether they are a single or a foursome. If the information is already in our system, ask for an e-mail address to add to our data base. If a group is unwilling to provide a credit card # they may come out to GlenEagles as a walk on and wait for an available time.
2. A maximum of 6 tee times may be booked by an individual ( see advance group procedure ).
3. Cancellation of tee time (s) is as follows:
3.1 No penalty is charged if cancelled any time the day prior to the booking.
3.2 A cancellation fee of $25.00 per person will be charged for those who cancel on the same day as their booking.
3.3 No show's without canceling will incur a penalty of $45.00 per person.
4. Weather related cancellation's can happen on the day of. The guest will decide if they want to play in poor weather or not, simply ask them to call back closer to their tee time to cancel as the weather may change.
Advance Groups
An advance group can be made 90 days in advance. A maximum of 6 tee times may be booked (24 players). Any group wishing to book more than 6 tee times are considered a tournament and should be referred to Slade.
Any group more than two tee times is considered an advance group. Advance groups bookings should not be made within the first two hours of each day. Two groups should never be within one hour of each other. This will prevent slow play as well as a group of 48 booking 24 and 24 back to back under two different names.
To Secure a booking a 20% deposit must be received, by credit card only. Multiply the number of players by $95, 20% of this number is the deposit. Fax over an Advanced Group request form. When the form is received back along with the deposit the group will be confirmed. Create the groups account and ROA the deposit. Place the receipt for deposit along with the form into a red folder. Fill out the folder label and store in the pro-shop filing cabnet.
Group bookings will be responsible for full greenfee payment for any “no shows”.
Singles We do not book tee times for single players prior to day of play. You can give them times when it would be most likely we could get them on the course. We do not book them in with other groups until the day of in case that group no-shows or cancels, we would then be left with a single player holding a full tee time. Ask them to call the morning of the date they wish to book, you may then book them in with another group as it is unlikely they will no-show or can cancel on the day of play.
