Where to get kiosk and banquet floats?
They are in the safe in the kitchen. You need to fill out float count slips and if a float comes up short you will be responsible.

Who do I call to see the first tee time?
ProShop or Lounge. Calling later in the night will give you a more accurate start time.
Can the ProShop tell me when I can go home when working in the Kiosk or on the Bev Cart?
No, only Laura, Kerri or a shift leader can confirm the close time.
I can’t find something in the kitchen, who do I ask?
First ask another server if possible and then ask the Kitchen.
Kitchen seems to ignore me when I ask them a question, did I do something?
No, probably not. Always start by asking “May I?” They are busy and have their own things on the go. This question lets them know that you need something and they will address you as soon as they can.
Where do I find the daily checklists?
In the servery or you can print out extras from Schedulefly..
Where do I find cash out slips and instructions or helpful tips?
Food & Beverage Binder kept in the servery will house these sheets as well as the document section on Schedulefly.
Do I call cabs for customers?
Yes! Taxi numbers on the inside of the computer cabinet.
The best advice that I can give is JUST ASK. If you don’t know where to get something or what to do in a certain situation….just ask. In person, over the phone, via text or email. JUST ASK.
